· Do you provide a written contract?
It is important to get your booking confirmed in writing. All terms should be well defined to avoid future complications. Party Tunes Entertainment contracts have specific details so every conceivable question is answered in advance.

· Do you use equipment of professional quality?
There is a difference between home audio equipment and professional equipment. An Entertainer's equipment should be designed to sound crisp at all listening levels. Party Tunes Entertainment's philosophy is that you pay for a professional service; therefore you will receive only the best equipment available. We will not use audio gear that is substandard.

· Can your company supply local references?
Party Tunes Entertainment has high standards and therefore has developed an excellent reputation. We are proud of our status as a Preferred Vendor for the world's largest theme parks. As you can imagine, they provide only the highest quality of entertainment to their guests so we are responsible for keeping thousands of tourists from all over the world dancing and partying week after week!

· Can I see my Entertainer perform?
You can see a Party Tunes performance, if the client or venue for which we are performing does not mind. We do ask that all visits are kept to a minimum time limit, and that you arrive for viewing after formalities have been completed. For out-of-state clients, we will try to accommodate you with a video. Many events need a little guidance. We will coordinate with your caterer, photographer, etc. to insure that your event runs smoothly from the introductions to your last dance.

· Do you play requests?
Yes! Party Tunes can supply a list of the most popular music we bring with us to every event. You can choose "Must Play's", "Don't Play's" or just indicate music and song types.

How do you handle yourself on the microphone?
Party Tunes is a true entertainment company. The microphone is used in an appropriate manner to convey instructions and to set the mood of the event. Some events require "hamming up the crowd", in order to set the party atmosphere. If this is required, our staff, always keeping the party professional, yet takes the appropriate actions.

· Do you put on a show?
For most events, YES! Our show includes interactive skits that are not only humorous, but spark interests in participation by the guests.
